On the right track

Hello everyone!  Hope you had a terrific Christmas holiday!

I spent ALL day Wednesday recuperating from our travels and the HUGE amount of food I’ve consumed over the last week or so.  Needless to say, I did not change out of my pajamas all day long….ahhhh, it was NICE!

Even though it was a hectic week, I’m very grateful for the time spent with family.

  1. What a Lovely Family picture and I like your coat. When I do look at your post, I always ( pretty much ) like your post before I even see the post because they are always great. You have GREAT style ! Happy New Year !!

  2. Look at your beautiful children!

And I spent all yesterday on the sofa, in PJs. So sustaining. Sending you well-wishes for the New Year.

  3. Dear Jeannie,
you look amazing and I do not see any bit of the lots of food you enjoyed 😉
I like to see you with your family and your dogs. Happy New Year to you and your dears!

    • Haha, I like living dangerously! Wanna know how brave I am? I eat raw oysters knowing I’m allergic to shell fish! Now that’s living on the edge! Don’t worry, I carry an EpiPen in my bag. I’m not willing to give up my seafood…yet. Stupid, I know. 😀
      Have a fantastic weekend, Paula!

  4. Oh I love the family photos
For some reason that is one of the hardest things to get around this house
I am loving your black and cream ensemble!!
I had a pajama day yesterday and it was absolutely fabulous

    • Oh, I know what you mean! Trying to get everyone together – to make them sit in one place WITH their dogs to take a photo is like pulling teeth!!!
Yeah, I can use more of those PJ days!
      Have a great weekend!

  5. I’m so glad you had a great holiday. You have a lovely family and that is what truly matters. Roughing it does bring back some memories! Once again, I have to say you have incredible bags. If you have a minute, give Santa my address for next year! Have a Happy New Year!!

  6. Looks like you had a simply, wonderful Christmastime!! Time to eat, drink and be merry and still have time to take some great fashion shots! You look beautiful and I especially like the boots with little hearts! Happy memories and you have a lovely family photo to remember it!!

    • Thank you Carmen!
I couldn’t have asked for anything more. It was wonderful! I even got the kids, hubby & dogs to sit still for a few minutes to take the photo! Yay!
      Have a great weekend!

    • Thank you so much, Laura!
I’m so grateful for 2012. Couldn’t have asked for a better year. Truly blessed.

    • Thanks Becky!
We did have a wonderful time spent with both side of the family. I’ve been living in big sweaters….so much comfier while stuffing your face. I’m going to indulge for a few more days then back to healthy eating and exercising like you!
      Have a terrific weekend!

  7. HolaJeannie, nice post and nice family photo. Precious family days. Your outfit is nice and seems very comfortable. The jacket is beautiful and the pants will feel great with boots. I love the bag and scarf like me so much that I would put myself.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. I appreciate it very much!
