Kaleidoscope

Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower.  ~Albert Camus

Happy fall to you!  The first day of fall was Saturday, Sept. 22, also known as autumnal equinox.  As we say goodbye to the warm, long days of summer and embrace the crisp, sweet air of autumn mornings, I wish for your days to be filled with renewed hope and God’s blessings!

Linking up with Patti for Visible Monday!

Thank you so much to stopping by!

    • Hi Laura! Thank you!
I find this transition period to be fun. You can still getaway with warm weather favorites while injecting fall pieces for interesting combinations….e.g., boots with a skirt/dress, blazer with shorts, sweater over a delicate maxi….fun! 🙂

  1. Your skirt totally rocks! Hope your Autumn is wonderful … our Spring has started and we’re having fairly great weather … little pansies in the flower beds and my alstromerias and fuschias that are blooming just make me smile.

    Have a fabulous week.

    • Hi Katherine!
Oh, how cool is that? I had one of those tubes myself….used to spend many hours just turning that tube to see the changes in bright colors & pattens. I love your blog name!!! ❤

  2. Hi Gorgeous!! I love the way you’ve made this summery-looking skirt more Fall worthy with the jacket and shoes. Fall is my FAVORITE season!!!! I know Joey and I will be taking many jaunts up towards your neck of the woods as the foliage turns. I also love the quote from Camus. So true! Have a wonderful week. Love, Jean

  4. What a great way to celebrate fall! Your rainbow skirt is gorgeous and you are flamboyant. Thanks for the good wishes 🙂

  5. I love that black jacket! I also like the quote from Camus. You look as gorgeous as ever, lady! Do you want to join Adrienne and me for ‘How I Wear My: Burgundy and Bordeaux?’ We’d love to have you. You can send me a picture by October 1 if you have time. I hope all is well with you. I’m sorry I’ve been so behind in my blog reading, I have been swamped with kid chores and I know you can relate! XO, Jill

    • Thanks Becky! The skirt IS fun and pretty wild. I had to calm it down by pairing it with something neutral/black. I call this my “hippie” skirt. Hang in there…..just a few more weeks to cooler mornings! 🙂
