  1. I love green, and pale green is no exception. I recently purchased a mint/pistacio green denim jacket that I’ve been wearing everywhere. I had no idea it was so versatile.
Love your pale green jeans worn with black blouse. Very chic!

  2. You look so beautiful! Love how you styled the mint jeans. Oh so exciting you did P90X! I did it a few years ago and hope to do it again soon after Insanity. You look just fab! Seriously, so not even CLOSE to 50 lady! What is your youth secret?? I think happiness, b/c you look happy!

    • Thank you Peggy! You’re very sweet.

P90X is a tough workout, and I think I’m too old now to keep up. 😦 I believe hubby has the P90X2?…I’ll pass.
I’ve gotten into kettlebell workouts recently, and I like it.
No secret, but I am very blessed and happy! 🙂

  3. Hi Jeannie!! It’s not fair! I’m sitting here craving ice cream (mint chocolate chip being one of my favorites) but then you look so good in those jeans, I have to think twice. Do I really need to be eating ice cream at this time of night? Great outfit, yummy colors.

    • Thanks Jean!
I’m actually craving some, too. Too bad our fridge is so empty…really gotta get to the store.
We’ll just have to meet for lunch & dessert before you take me to your favorite shops! 🙂

  4. Mint tea is one of my favorites. I have some planted in an herb pot right now for recipes this summer. You look crisp in your minty pants. I love how you carry them off. Beautiful!

  5. Cool blog layout! It looks like a magazine.
I just saw that Gap is carrying mint skinnies but they only come in regular 😦 I will have to stalk the website to see if they get in any talls.
My husband’s favorite ice cream flavor is mint chip – I like to surprise him with a pint every once in a while.

    • Thanks A!
I hope you’ll be able to get a pair…. you look so good in skinny color jeans!

Now, you can tell Bill that eating mint chip ice cream is good for his health! 😉

  6. Love the outfit!! It’s pastel sweetness without the sickening part–I think the black does the trick!
I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect mint top–I thrifted a pair of never worn mint green Croft&Barrow sandals ($3) and now I need something to go with them! What??? Like no one reading this blog has EVER made an outfit around a pair of shoes!! LOLOL

  7. You do look minty! The color of those pants is so pretty and pairing it with black makes it look simple but classy. I like too how you left the back of blouse un-tucked. This is a very nice look on you.

    • Merci, Lady Bliss!
I would just like a piece of that mint ice cream pie….well, maybe a glass of mojito or mint julep would be good, too! 🙂
Ah, heck….I’ll settle for a cup of tea at this point! 🙂

  8. What a wonderful post Jeannie! I love mint ice cream and I also enjoy having it growing in my garden for iced tea or a cocktail (oops .. I guess that would cancel out the health benefits) An interesting list of the medicinal qualities of this wonderful herb.

The mint looks fabulous on you!

Enjoy the start to your week.

  10. Your blog looks great!! I love the way you linked the mint and mint green pants together…and I even fixed ice cream pie this past weekend for my boys…but it was pecan praline/chocolate!! Your blog and outfit really look wonderful!
