Home! Sweet home!

After a wonderful week of rest, we’re back home.  I LOVE getting away; to rejuvenate, to relax, to enjoy a change of scenery, but I’ve missed my bed!

I wanted to share some family photos, but I failed to get a consent to publish more than the one below.  My son, all of sudden, has become shy.

Son and his girlfriend

Me & hubby

And Tobi

For Visible Monday and Monday Mingle,  these photos from the second day at the beach was all I had left.  I didn’t like the outfit or the photos, but didn’t have the time to do anymore photo shoots.  In truth,  I didn’t pack much, and I was too busy relaxing!

It was a fun & relaxing week, but I’m glad to be home.

Just to let you know, I have this exact t-shirt ~ a gift from my shy son. 🙂

Thank you for visiting, and have a wonderful week!

  1. You absoutely look like you should be a permanant fixture on that beach! Glad you got some R and R, I’m sure you deserved it!

  2. Hi Jeannie, sailor look beautiful, with gorgeous red stripes. I love the combination of black, red and white. The skirt, a little dangerous, it is wonderful and so are sandals. As always, I love the little wrinkle at the waist, is your distinction. Sure, home sweet home.

  3. Sweetness, you’re comfy style is “style watch” worthy!!! You a hot lookin’ mama! Your hubby is a fine looking man…………..that son, Now camera shy ??? we are all nosey and want to see girlfriend….can he indulge the ladies…..Great pictures!!!

  4. Welcome home! My husband and I love the water and beach so much we try to go as much as we can.
Tough day for us. My youngest son (just shy of 22) was in an auto accident this am. He is fine but his best friend was killed. Many questions still to be answered. All indications are that he was not driving. We won’t know how they end the investigation until tomorrow or later. All is so tragic. Please give your son an extra hug! Life can be over in a second. Sorry to be so depressing. I just saw the pic of him and his girlfriend and that’s all it took!

    • Oh, Tammy! I’m so sorry to hear such bad news. I’m glad your son’s okay, but how tragic for his friend…I can’t even imagine what his parents are going thru. This will be so tough for your son as well. You guys will be in my prayers.

  5. Smart at the Beach and the whole family too! And Tobi enjoying the beach and as friendly as ever. And your shy son Lol still made good company and hubby always there for the family. Truly heart-warming. Welcome back home and can’t wait to see picyures of the gracefully50 again. Thanks,
